A residence, not a room.
The units that take a nightly booking are also available as a monthly, quarterly or yearly residence. A longer stay means a full kitchen used properly, laundry in the unit on the larger plans, and one management office handling everything a tenancy needs.
Rates by unit type
Every unit of a given type carries the same rate. Individual unit pages show the exact floor and size for each unit.

1. Enquire
Tell the management office which unit type, and roughly when you would like to move in.
2. View a unit
A walk-through of an available unit, arranged directly with the management office.
3. Move in
Terms and a start date are confirmed with the management office before move-in.
