Each unit at The Diplomat belongs to its own owner. A single management office runs the building day to day, so a guest booking a night and a tenant signing a year both deal with the same office, the same standards and the same building.

Glass and concrete towers with sweeping curved balconies on every floor, set among mature palms in Kanifing. Backup power and on-site parking are built in rather than added afterwards, which is what a building in the middle of Greater Banjul actually needs.

The Diplomat is in Kanifing, near Independence Stadium, at the centre of the Greater Banjul Area and one of the most built-up parts of the coast, between Banjul and the beach towns of Bakau, Fajara and Kotu.

Near Independence Stadium: The building sits in Kanifing near Independence Stadium, one of the country’s best known landmarks.
Central to Greater Banjul: Kanifing borders Serrekunda, the country’s largest urban centre, and sits on the main road corridor connecting Banjul to the coastal towns.
Close to the coast: The beach towns of Bakau, Fajara and Kotu, and their hotels and restaurants, are a short drive from Kanifing.
